Pre-Order Policy
Some North Ridge Wholesale products are offered on a pre-order basis. These items are genuine, authorized-distribution products that are in transit from our Canadian distributor rather than on hand at the moment you order.
How pre-orders work
- Payment: Pre-order items are charged in full at checkout to reserve your unit. By completing a pre-order you agree to these terms.
- Lead time: Pre-orders typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks. If a specific item is expected to take longer, we will contact you.
- Tracking: The moment your item ships from our Canadian facility, we email you a tracking number.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full, no-questions refund. Email support@northridgewholesale.com with your order number.
- If we cannot fulfill: In the rare case stock cannot be sourced, we refund you in full and notify you promptly.
Your consent
