Refund & Return Policy

  ▎ North Ridge Wholesale (operated by Catalyst Partner LLC) wants you to shop with confidence.

  ▎ Return Window — You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  ▎

  ▎ Eligibility — We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition (unused, original packaging, tags, accessories).

  ▎ Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window.

  ▎

  ▎ How to Start a Return — Email support@northridgewholesale.com or call (866) 786-6094 with your order number. We'll email a free, prepaid return label. All returns

  ▎ must be pre-authorized before shipping back.

  ▎

  ▎ Return Methods — Return by mail with the prepaid label, or drop off at a designated location. Return shipping is free.

  ▎

  ▎ Restocking Fee — A 20% restocking fee applies to returns; defective or incorrectly shipped items are exempt.

  ▎

  ▎ Refunds — Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 21 days of inspection.

  ▎

  ▎ Damaged/Defective — Contact us within the return window with photos for a free replacement or refund.
