Refund & Return Policy

North Ridge Wholesale (operated by Catalyst Partner LLC) wants you to shop with confidence. This policy explains our returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be in new condition — unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window.

How to Start a Return

Email support@northridgewholesale.com or call (866) 786-6094 with your order number. We will email you a free, prepaid return label to download and print. All returns must be pre-authorized before shipping back.

Return Methods

You can return items by mail using the prepaid label, or drop them off at a designated drop-off location. Return shipping is free with our provided label.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% of the product price applies to returned items. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are exempt from the restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 21 days. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within the return window with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
