Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Destinations & Times
We currently ship across Canada. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Fulfillment
Products are shipped from our distribution partner's Canadian warehouse. Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
Tracking, Delays & Lost Packages
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to monitor your shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will help you resolve any issue. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
