Manufacturer Warranty
Because North Ridge Wholesale sells only genuine products through authorized Canadian distribution, the products we ship are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — most carry a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (some brands offer longer; check the product page).
What it covers
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the warranty period.
- Because items are authentic and authorized, manufacturer warranty claims are honored — unlike grey-market goods, which manufacturers often refuse to cover.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, or consumable parts.
- Damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, or improper care.
How to make a claim
Email support@northridgewholesale.com with your order number, the product, and a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue. Our Canadian team will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process, or call (866) 786-6094.
